Ice dancer Ekaterina Bobrova tests positive for Meldonium

The Russian Ice dancer Ekaterina Bobrova has tested positive for the banned substance Meldonium, according to Russian media.

The Russian agency R-Sport reports that Bobrova tested positive after finishing third at the European Championships in January. The International Skating Union has not published any information regarding the provisional suspension of Ekaterina Bobrova. We have registered seven cases in figure skating since 2000. three of these cases involves Russian athletes.
